TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The Controlite® system optimises natural light by adjusting the position of its integrated rotating louvres to suit the angle of incident light. An external sensor detects the position of the sun and light intensity and an internal sensor detects light intensity inside.
Depending on user requirements, the system balances the level of diffused light, ensuring uniform transmission and a pleasant environment. This affects the heat within the building and helps reduce energy consumption (artificial lighting, air conditioning, heating).
• For low angle of incident light (morning, afternoon, winter): the Controlite® system adjusts the position of its integrated RotaBlades™ rotating louvres to transmit the maximum quantity of natural light.
• For high angle of incident light (midday): the opaque surface of the integrated RotaBlades™ rotating louvres reflects the sun's rays to achieve a perfect balance between light, comfort, solar gain and energy saving.

The Controlite® W + façade system consists of a double skin combining the solar control capabilities of Controlite® with the thermal qualities of Danpalon®.
