    a completely sealed panel
    The sealed-edge option is a simple and efficient solution to potential ingress of water, dirt or insects into the micro-cells of the panels. It also facilitates the assembly and disassembly of Danpalon® panels.

    HIGH PROTECTION

    Treatment of very exposed façades and partitions
    The HProtect (High Protection) finish enhances resistance to abrasion, scrapes and scratches on exposed facades and partitions likely to be affected by significant numbers of people or for areas subject to risk of deliberate damage (graffiti). It also facilitates cleaning after damage.

    IRIDESCENCE

    A changing visual effect
    This new iridescent finish producing pearlescent reflections changes appearance depending on the angle of viewing and the sunlight and makes the building look almost unreal. The iridescent effect also improves the thermal performance of the building, by reflecting a portion of the infrared rays.

    Matt or shiny, vibrant or subdued?
    Our ‘Softlite’ treatment, validated by a CSTB (French Scientific and Technical Centre for Building) study, suppresses glare and ensures optimal visual comfort whatever the exposure or type of building. It can be applied by co-extrusion on the external surface of Danpalon® panels of all thicknesses and colours, to create a matt effect.

    A treatment limiting thermal gain
    When this specific treatment is applied to Danpalon® panels, it considerably reduces thermal solar gain without affecting light transmission, ensuring comfort in summer and bioclimatic energy efficiency.
